Sleeve Pack containers offer a special fitted plastic pallet, top, and a collapsible corrugated sleeve. This results in an extremely rugged and remarkably impact-resistant product.
Sleeve Packs, sometimes referred to as Plastic Gaylords, are a light weight alternative to heavier molded plastic bulk containers. They are available in multiple footprint sizes and can be tailor-made to meet your height requirements. These reusable bulk shipping containers are perfect for transport of linens, boxed goods, and general merchandise. The unique three-piece design of the sleeve pack distribution container makes instant and easy access to restrained or stationary loads where the product load has mostly downward pressure (as opposed to outward created by small loose bulk product). For quick access to your product you simply remove the lid to the sleeve pack and then remove the sleeve. What you have left is your product sitting on a plastic pallet and ready for handling. These innovative bulk containers can have a corrugated plastic container sleeve or a cardboard sleeve.
